Your role is going to be shifted from that of "passive learner" to that of

1. Researcher
2. Developer
3. Teacher, and
4. Student

You and your partner(s) will be assigned a topic and it will be your responsibility to

1. learn about your topic
2. create and provide learning materials for all other classmates
3. create appropriate material for assessment purposes

Though the primary goal of this class is mathematical concepts, you will have opportunity to learn about and work with various, interesting, computer technologies.

BE ADVISED: Your team will be graded on many things other than mathematics. The tasks assigned will require a lot of self-guidance and motivation.   Problem-solving will also play a major role in your evaluations.
