Otherwise known as "ScreenCasts," my colleagues and I prefer to call them "MathCasts." This is simply due to the fact that our focus is on mathematics. We like to make movies about math.

One of my closest colleagues, Tim Fahlberg, is the inventor of the MathCast concept. He started doing this well over ten years ago. Here's his latest project, "math247.pbwiki.com".

Another very close friend and indispensable colleague is Tim's sister, Dr. Linda Stojanovska-Fahlberg. Linda is head of the math / computer science department at the Univ. of St. Clement in Macedonia. Linda and I have worked extensively on ideas for mathcasts and generating tutorials for GeoGebra. Please view her work.

I often make movies of solving math problems in difficult topics.
But as a "routine" I'll record my PowerPoints that the students have seen in class.
This particular mathcast even has quizzes embedded throughout.
