What makes an "A" Project
  The web page
  1. Your links must work.
  2. Your name must be in the heading, just right of the Lancer.
  3. All text must be spelled correctly.

  Segment and Angle Bisectors
  1. The file MUST open. I it does not, you probably put spaces in the file name when you saved it. Java programs do not like this.
  2. When the file opens, your audience must be able to see everything, to include the construction and all of your text.
  3. The construction should maintain its integrity as points are moved around.
  4. The reader should be able to reconstruct the segment bisector by reading your directions.
  5. No more than one misspelled word within the document.

HELPFUL HINTS:

  • Test your links and the appearence of your pages on the "J" drive. This is the material that I will copy and send to the web server. If it doesn't work there, it will not work on the web.
  • Have a classmate proofread your document.

  • Can't see much of the text. Student should have checked this on the "J" drive.
  • Student states that segment CD was created after segment AB. What is the criteria for creating segment CD?

Grade = C

  • Bisector loses integrity almost as soon as the angle is increased in size.
    The bisecting ray is constructed using the incorrect points, unlike what the text reads.
